Jacobite Queen

Our flagship, Jacobite Queen, has ruled the waves of Loch Ness since 1987. Built in 1949, she first plied her trade as a passenger ferry on the Tyne between North and South Shields, later achieving royal status as "Tyne Queen" following a ferry company takeover. In 1987, she set sail for Loch Ness, whereupon Jacobite gave her a majestic makeover and renamed her Jacobite Queen.

Today, Jacobite Queen cruises regally around Loch Ness between Tomnahurich Bridge and Urquhart Castle, greeting her loyal subjects and taking in the amazing sights of our famous Loch.

With a heated internal deck, two outer decks and a fully stocked bar, our Queen is famous for throwing the occasional private soiree, with plenty of room and facilities on board for music and dancing (We'll drink to that, ma'am!).
